have taken a law that allows people to stop paying your mortgage, filing for bankruptcy, as if a company is treated.
not really a new law, but was approved in September 2004.
seems laughable, but 147 families have already benefited from this law.
suppose some ports could imagine the current real estate scenario, but ... what if everyone would stop paying?
